Trying to get a Trust fund from inharatance or maybe some help from my cousin from death cab

Well My Grandman and grampa died some time ago and ive been in this group home for years and barly talk to my family.. I have asked my mom about my inharatence but she gives bs reason or at least she did when i asked. I left on her machine on her phone a minute ag to see if I could get a trust fund started so i can just chill out a bang shit out or a bit.

I think it is 10,000 dollars last and just need advice on how to get her to give it up or at least figure out why she is so closed to me.

Also Is anyone in the music BiZ or just know my cousin Chris Walla From Death Cab For Cutie and see if he can hanndle some buisness with me and maybe add some love juice and maybe give me and My sister some trust fund money to?? Am I asking to much i havent seen Chris for 10 years plus Im not even sure if my sister allredy gets money or has not sure..

anyways any one got advice????

Or, this is what I would do; give him a call... since he's your cousin. I'm sure your mom's sister can give you his phone number so he can let you know what happened to your inheritance.

Also... If it's owed to you, you can sue him in civil court and win a judgement against him.

Like others have said, if you do in fact have an inheritance then you should definitely seek the advice of an attorney to help you track it down. Though I do realize this is pretty tough when you have limited funds.

If you spent the amount of time on building blogs that you spend on making Avril songs I am sure you could get a nice monthly income going for yourself.
