Did you escalate this one to enforcement@ together with an explanation of the email exchange you had with them ? It would be helpful.

122 pages and a year (?) later, and whatever AK is doing is totally useless, yet pirates and upload monkeys care..... yeah that make sense.

OTE Upload is now facing difficulty.
For a recap on OTE Upload see: http://stopfilelockers.com/oteupload...-exploitation/ We're keeping up the pressure on UltraMegaBit. We need rights holders having issues with DizzCloud to escalate their DMCA notices to [email protected] We'll have a new escalation tool available on the Copy Control website soon which will make it easier to bring urgent issues to our attention. |

Secondly, their continued credit card processing is not assured. You can watch what happens to OTEUpload as things progress over the next couple of weeks. |

Upload monkeys will always follow the money, however they are not our primary focus.
Our primary focus is shutting down the various revenue streams of the file locker eco-system and to that end we have been very successful. We have virtually eliminated Paypal, Payza and Moneybookers as a source of revenue for file lockers. We're cutting deep into the ad revenue of file locker eco system sites such as ddl sites, blogs, forums and so on. It's becoming much harder for a file locker to get a merchant account and the card associations and acquirers are identifying file lockers as very high risk, which is marginalising the industry. All of this work takes time and effort. Nothing happens overnight however as we move forward we're slowly reshaping the view payment systems have of the file locker industry and this helps us become more effective at shutting their payment methods down. |

Rudy Corella's UltraMegaBit.com is deliberately targeting the porn industry by encouraging the sharing of copyright infringing content of high quality and recent release.
For a recap of Rudy Corella and his history of scamming, his outstanding $500,000 debt to Washington State and his shady involvement with Elite Torrents which resulted in the jailing of one of it's members please read the following articles: http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...w-pirate-cove/ http://stopfilelockers.com/more-copy...ramegabit-com/ http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...american-soil/ http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...o-be-shutdown/ http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...ub-for-piracy/ Recent infringements include those from Pink Visual along with other producers. Every day we find thousands of previously uncatalogued infringements on this site. As the evidence mounts, the likelihood grows that we'll be able to break the back of UltraMegaBit.com. They're already facing serious challenges and it remains to be seen how long they will be able to keep processing payments. |

UltraMegaBit is a growing problem for rights holders.
http://www.google.com/transparencyre...ramegabit.com/ We're working hard to ensure that UltraMegaBit is wiped out. Judging by recent outbursts by Rudy Corella it looks like he's beginning to worry. |

Every week, new file lockers spring up hoping to profit from copyright infringing content.
A lot of our work involves cutting these new sites off at the knees before they can gain a foothold. Obviously we've already begun work to mitigate the ability of this new file locker to accept payments. The danger is, if we don't act on new file lockers, that sites like this will become very popular very quickly. It's an important part of our work to ensure that no new file lockers replace the ones we are killing off. |

Rudy Corella thinks we have uploaded every file issued with a Takedown request at UltraMegaBit.
As Krylon/Moogie/Rudy Corella seems to be reticent to post in this thread anymore I thought I'd share with you all his latest rants. Quote:

No delays from K2S. The most problematic heel draggers seem to be the tiny lockers.

Thieves never think they are in the wrong and always find ways to justify their actions.
One thief told me that if I didn't want my content stolen then I shouldn't post it on the web. This is their thought process. So basically don't own anything unless you want it stolen. |

We had kingfiles.net Paypal account shut down, in this case they cannot pay uploaders or receive payments using Paypal.
We are now seeking to shut down the Paypal accounts of all file lockers using Paypal to send payments to uploaders. |

Firstly, we are in a physical office located at Level 9, 440 Collins Street Melbourne. Our rent as of now is $2,200.00 per month. Last month our rent plus sundry expenses was $2541.37. As we employ more people and need more space we will be moving to a much larger office on the same floor which will cost us $4000 per month plus GST. The Virtual office provider you have "uncovered" is in fact another tenant on the same floor. If you google "Level 9, 440 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3000" then you will find several companies reside on that floor. Our office number goes to our reception during business hours and after hours goes to a 24 hour 7 day overflow service so we can receive calls at any time. As for our legal costs. We have dedicated legal support from a boutique Melbourne based IP law firm. As for you TrueTraffic/ScrollDog/To0/Richard Humphrey let's explore your history: http://www.computerworld.com/s/artic...house_arre st http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2010/A...0-crm-447.html TrueTraffic is indeed Richard Humphrey who set up a blog pretending to be a "news" site. Arrested and jailed for piracy amongst other things. Through this blog he manages to add 1 + 1 and reach the number 5. It's amazing what lengths these pirates will go to in order to attempt to discredit us when they claim in the same breath we don't have any impact. For those that really despise these smug pirates, you can help us make their life hell. We have recurring or one of Paypal contributions which can be made at https://copycontrol.org/contribute or alternatively you can send us funds via Paxum to [email protected] Don't let these smug, self serving thieves win. |

I wonder does cleaning a virtual office work? Do you get one of those virtual desktop naked Mexican pornstars to clean your virtual toilets lol? AK's response sounds very weak to be honest, does not inspire any kind of confidence no matter how much of it actually true or not and as always it ends with asking for money. I have been watching this since the beginning and my doubts and opinions are only being confirmed. AK took tens of thousands from Manwin, God knows how much he takes from Uploaded.net on monthly basis and also rips off already struggling webmasters. How does that new car working out for you AK? Anyway all those donating to AK, have you thought about who is AK? What do you know about him? He obviously runs a business and feeds of of you. If some company finally goes after him for tortious interference or some similar thing, my guess would be that AK will disclose every contributor during discovery and those would technically be accomplices, financing hacks and what not (we probably can't even begin to imagine the kind of crap he really does that we don't see). After all, AK does not discuss current operational details. |

Wow. Looking to spend $4000 a month in donations on rent alone. But lying and paying a few hundred bucks for a few months with a virtual address.
What a fucking waste. Your records should be wide open and transparent. |

Then being the "smart detectives" they are they rang our number out of hours, went to the overflow line which is answered 24/7 because we deal with people globally. Then they decided we must be in a virtual office because they rang our office number after hours. Quote:

As stated above, given the huge number of files and our for more space for people, documents and equipment we will soon have to move into larger space on the same floor. Honestly AK if the most amount of dirt they can find on you is a discrepancy between a physical office or a virtual office then I think you are doing pretty damn good. As someone on the front lines, who is sending out dozens of DMCA's every day, there is no denying that your efforts are making things tougher for the File Locker World and I commend you for it and will continue to donate monthly.
