Same people posting the same negative drivel. Let me spell it out again for you Damian. There are more than 20 people who collaborate on this effort every day. Not a day goes by where we don't shut down payment processing, have hosting suspended or terminated, have Facebook pages and accounts removed, have Twitter accounts terminated or perform some other action of mitigation against the pirates. It's a massive job, yet every day the same people are working together behind the scenes to make life difficult for the pirates. Most of what we do we don't announce, we've always had a policy not to talk about ongoing matters and that policy is firm. Right now all you are is an uninformed bystander throwing stones, because we know that you've been bagging this project from the very beginning. |

And in the meantime :
UK to 'decriminalize' file-sharing lol http://rt.com/uk/174744-uk-internet-fileshare-piracy/ The British government has decriminalized the act of online video game, music and film piracy, after branding harsher punishment plans as ?unworkable.? Beginning in 2015, internet users who persistently file-share will be sent a series of warning letters explaining that their actions are illegal. However, authorities will take no further action if the user continues downloading the material. The aim of the letters is to boost consumer awareness of the array of legitimate online media outlets such as Netflix, and deter people from using file-sharing software. The new scheme, named the 'Voluntary Copyright Alert Programme (VCAP),' came after years of talks between internet service providers (ISPs), politicians, and the music and film industries. Major ISPs, including BT, Virgin, and Sky, have already signed up to VCAP. Other ISPs are expected to follow suit. Geoff Taylor, chief executive of UK music trade body BPI, said VCAP was about ?persuading the persuadable, such as parents who do not know what is going on with their net connection.? ?VCAP is not about denying access to the internet. It?s about changing attitudes and raising awareness so people can make the right choice,? he added. But im sure Adult King can kill the file sharing sites |

"Figures published by the communications watchdog Ofcom last year revealed that more than 1.5 billion files were downloaded illegally in the UK in 2012, accounting for 22 percent of all online content consumed." One thing you will never stop is file sharing. Its part of the internet and always will be until either the internet radically changes in some form in the future or the peoples attitudes change towards it. |

"Killing off File Lockers", at least from my point of view, isn't about stopping file sharing. It's about stopping those that are making money by paying people to post files so they can make money on memberships for that content. Posting files for profit isn't sharing it's a business enterprise. Those kinds of businesses should be shut down. I don't even think the core groups in the actual fire sharing communities have any respect for file lockers. I have no idea why these two ideas get grouped in together.

It's a similar waste of time. And money. And effort. |

Damian, have you ever considered seeing someone about your obsessive behaviour ?
Since this thread started you've railed against the idea, why is that ? Undoing almost 10 years of unchecked piracy is going to take more than a year or two - especially when some of the largest pirate sites make millions of dollars and can leverage that money to keep switching merchant accounts or hiding behind other entities for processing. Even the process of identifying a new merchant account can take a couple of months, so 6 merchant account switches takes a year of investigation as each one is found and then shut down - and I can assure you we're nowhere near a satisfactory level of merchant account mitigation because the card associations and their networks mean that dealing with these issues is extremely complex. If a file locker pops up with Paypal, Moneybookers, TrueMoney, Payza then we can shut that down right away - in a day or two. With merchant accounts it takes months. We're working to improve that time frame and this involved lobbying, which is why Adult IP was formed. Anyway, I keep coming back to the same question - why are you so obsessed ? You don't produce content, you don't really have a serious role in relationship to rights ownership, so what's in it for you to keep bagging this effort ? If you think that somehow we're going to stop what we're doing - then you're going to be disappointed. |

Fact is, none of the big lockers have been shut down, but is this project doing good? fuck if I know.
What I do know though is, that its not doing the opposite, any harm. Those who donate must be fully aware by now, after all this time and all these posts of the outcome/status, and be more than capable of deciding themselves if they want to donate or not. you cant call this him scamming people, perhaps on page one, years ago. Not today, on page 140. What is strange though is, that after 140 pages there are still people who try their best to convince him to give up, to convince people to not donate. To those people, I'm sorry but I can only see two reasons: 1. AK is fucking with your livelihood. 2. You love to troll And absolutely 100% of you are not! content producers yourselves. |

Do you think it is a good idea to take money to fight an unwinnable war? I kinda think he is doing harm, as he is taking money from people who could spend that money on something that would improve their sales and achieving nothing tangible. I don't think one needs to be a content producer to point out giving someone money to achieve nothing when that money could be spent achieving an increase in your bottom line is not the most sensible of moves. Every business has limited resources. Should you spend that on something that will make you more money, or should you flush it down the loo? |

Of course laws should exist. Piracy is unarguably wrong. UltraMegaBit have been without merchant accounts for a little while and there are rumours they are moving to a new domain name.
It will be interesting to see how things develop here as we've been putting pressure on Rudy Corella and UltraMegaBit for quite some time now. |

But I know you are just here for shits and giggles, you love trolling Regarding being a content producer, yes you kind of have to be. Show me one content producer who is against AKs fight against piracy, who seem fully ok with it and rather spend their time and money on improving sales, and I will happily take that content producers content and use as filler on our sites. When you coming down to old BTN to see the old gang again? and congrats on the offspring by the way. |

Rest assured, Adultking . / . Copycontrol is not working in conjunction with The Motion Picture Association or The Recording Industry Association investigators. It's laughable at best mentioning those companies in the same sentence with Adultking. Quote:
To put it in layman's terms, Copy Control is not a licensed private investigation company legally able to look into open share folders, take screenshots, legally post screenshots, download copyrighted files or obtain offending IP addresses or names. Mum's the word due to a majority of Copy Controls compelling evidence is obtained illegally. On a few occasions Adultking was instructed to remove & suppress his illegally obtained screenshots and information off these forums. Food for thought. |

http://digiex.us/ Uses the same company name for it's whois along with the email [email protected] It is hosted on 216.155.129.130 which currently hosts soldiersystems.net / tacticalfanboy.com / outsrced.com / propaintball.com AND............................... Best for last, UltraMegaBit.com/UPLOADTO.US The outsrced.com NS is also used for XXXSTASH.com (IP:216.155.129.180) and PornBits.net (IP:216.155.129.135) XXXSTASH.com is broken and produces "Video not found" which happens to use the domain UMB.to (UltraMegaBit) Funny to note digiex.net is some sort of downloads forum but haven't had time to check. It also has the following text in it's footer: Digiex? is a protected Trademark, Has Mitosis Media just committed trademark infringement? They also own the domain http://mitosis.media which is currently not used. Rudy O Corella's Facebook account seems to have been deleted or made private, Rudy also hosted ScrollDog.com which has now been offline since June 30th, Wonder if Rudy has gotten himself into some legal issues?

http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...ive-practices/ and you are correct here is the judgement against Rudy Corrella and Hoanvinh Nguyenphouc et al for the NJC Software scam, the PDF linked below is the judgement against them. http://www.atg.wa.gov/uploadedFiles/...ella050208.pdf I don't believe that Rudy has gotten himself into any more trouble relating to UltraMegaBit, what has happened is that despite Rudy's bravado he's run out of merchant accounts. UltraMegaBit.com is tainted. However redirecting from UltraMegaBit.com to UPLOADTO.US will not assure the continued access to merchant accounts as even today, a Sunday, we've put in place measures to continue to apply the pressure. With all that said, Rudy and his mates are standing on train tracks and a great big hulking steam train is heading toward them - they are just too cocky to realise what the big picture will result in for them. Interesting theory, it would certainly explain a few things. |

Our quick and dirty backlink analysis shows that UPLOADTO.US is starting to be linked to by pirates.
ultramegabit.com pdf4share.net jpdf4share.com porn-w.org freelustmovies.com nudecelebforum.com (which we're in the process of having the domain seized) openuserjs.org planetsuzy.org Obviously this will grow as there has really been no substantive change to the whole operation and all links redirect from ULTRAMEGABIT.COM to UPLOADTO.US in any case. has changed to Nothing has changed except the new whois information: Quote:

We really need your support. It's end of financial year time and we need to make up some shortfalls to keep this whole thing going.
Please visit http://copycontrol.org/donate All contributions now go directly to Adult IP which is a non profit association that aims to protect rights holders from infringement of their rights. I want to thank all of our regular contributors who keep the operation going. It's been over two years since we started this project and we're fighting as hard as ever to shut down the thieves who seek to profit from the hard work of rights holders. It's only through the support of the community and rights holders that we are able to continue this effort. Please consider contributing to help us keep up the fight. |

Nothing has changed at UPLOADTO.US or ULTRAMEGABIT.COM other than a domain redirection and the desperate hope that rebranding will lead to access to merchant accounts.
The piracy stays the same. Same thieves running the same outfit, only the name has changed. |

Another fake nick, oh what a surprise!
There are over 40,000 sites in our piracy sources database and around 620 file lockers. We deal with such large numbers of sites through our systems that we're closing sites every single day. We also close Facebook, Twitter, VK, Instagram, Tumblr, Blogspot and other accounts. Here's the very beginning of our piracy sources database, the ones with a red dot are considered terminated, the ones in green are still active and the ones in orange are unreachable pending termination. I've stopped posting the long lists of blogs, forums and file lockers shut down here simply because it's pointless to keep posting lists of domains that people say they have never heard of - even if they are high ranking sites in Alexa. |

I am certain you're not convincing the time tested established adult site owners I've worked . / . work for of that preposterous claim.
Unfortunately, your egotistical demeanor thinking you're the smartest one in the room is the foundation of Copy Controls limited donations and mockery. Hardly a living soul, not even a mouse would visit if this thread was based on the Copy Control server. Additional food for thought. Quote:
