Here's some more examples of UPLOADTO.US / ULTRAMEGABIT.COM ripping off the industry.

You will note that in some cases the titles are abbreviated or otherwise obfuscated to avoid detection by DMCA agents. It's a tactic that doesn't work - but they try it on anyway.

Every day thousands of files are added to UltraMegaBit/Uploadto.us - Rudy Corella and friends deliberately target the porn industry and their file locker is allowed on many illegal file sharing forums - however they don't mind pirating mainstream content either.

Note below the TV Series episodes of Orange is the New Black are only available to download if you pay.

Ultramegabit/Uploadto.us is a significant threat - not as big as Rapidgator Netload FileFactory or Uploaded but they are growing rapidly and need to be stopped.

They sell memberships and collect advertising revenue through the distribution of content they neither own nor pay the producers/owners for.

We actually do go after the payment processing of commercial or member funded torrent trackers and I have for quite some time had a strategy in place to deal with torrents that will unfold over time.

verifying repeat infringers are removed from bs file locker affiliate systems
finding what bank merchant aquirer file locker uses
documenting repeat infringer piracy and then reporting to website host and merchant aquirer

Don't need someone to identify piracy, we know where it all is, nor do routine reports, I need someone to focus on repeat infringers using datafile / depfile / upsto.re and manage to get their complete siterip links back online within 24 hours (bullshit) and attack/escalate the reports, not just sending in the regular reports which we already do

It is true that I put a lot of effort into shutting down FileOM & their processing but we were not the only group involved in applying pressure, so in reality I don't know what tipped the balance back on our favour. All I do know is that they lost all processing shortly after our action.

Why wasn't your glorious participation victory with FileOM and their processing posted on copy control? Maybe because other organizations did the work? Without proof you're not going to convince others that copy control participated.

Real organizations may be investigating Xerver while small time copy control strings on their coat tails as you did with FileOM.

In 2012 we shut down POSOnline.IT - we were responsible for the loss of every one of their merchant accounts - this was decried by POSOnline.IT on the SibSoft forums and documented in this thread.

Fast forward to 2014, we did the same thing again with precisely the same tactics. You can't process for file lockers with questionable content and expect to keep your merchant accounts.

In 2012 we removed Paypal and then Avangate processing for them, now they have new processing which we are going to be targeting.

Here are some examples of infringement which remains unchecked.

Upstore are definitely a high priority site for us, removals from the site are rare and files which are removed appear back there within 24 hours.

You will note that in some cases the titles are abbreviated or otherwise obfuscated to avoid detection by DMCA agents. It's a tactic that doesn't work - but they try it on anyway. Every day thousands of files are added to UltraMegaBit/Uploadto.us - Rudy Corella and friends deliberately target the porn industry and their file locker is allowed on many illegal file sharing forums - however they don't mind pirating mainstream content either. Note below the TV Series episodes of Orange is the New Black are only available to download if you pay. Ultramegabit/Uploadto.us is a significant threat - not as big as Rapidgator Netload FileFactory or Uploaded but they are growing rapidly and need to be stopped. In 2012 we removed Paypal and then Avangate processing for them, now they have new processing which we are going to be targeting. Here are some examples of infringement which remains unchecked. Upstore are definitely a high priority site for us, removals from the site are rare and files which are removed appear back there within 24 hours.
