Redbox by Verizon is a legal service offering licensed content.

Who is talking about breaches here ? I never said anything about a breach, the screenshot states that there was no breach from Redbox.

I see you conveniently ignore where I pointed out three separate recent instances where we said publicly we would take action against sites and that they subsequently lost their payment processing.

The situation Redbox is facing is entirely different to that of the file lockers who had their processing shut down.

Redbox were being hit by credit card fraudsters.

Keep2Share, FileOM, OBoom, etc were all hosting illegal content and content prohibited by Visa and Mastercard. They were also hosting large amounts of pirated content, which is why they lost payment processing.

In one case we know of regarding one of these sites there was also money laundering involved.

So to compare these is stupid and just shows that you lack any understanding of the issues involved.

Sites which make available copyright infringing content or illegal content are not compliant with Visa or Mastercard policies and therefore are liable to losing merchant accounts.

The same applies for Paypal, Payza, Paxum, Skrill and any other legitimate payment method you can think of.

The primary rogue processors are Webmoney and OKPay and we have work in progress to deal with both of them. Although progress on these two is complicated and will take time.

We do share information and documentation with all law enforcement and IP/Copyright Enforcement Groups, this includes SFL.

If AdultIP or SFL benefits from our information/documentation and it advances the Anti-Piracy Efforts our ownership group is ok with that.

If it means using a loophole in a law to shut down a rogue site distributing adult material on a TLD that is not allowed to distribute such materials so be it. Now cry some more about NukePiracy depriving a pirate of 1 of his domains to distribute content not belonging to him and his friends. Do you produce or license content for distribution? Do you enjoy not being compensated when it is distributed? Do you enjoy the devaluation of your content when it is distributed for free? A large section of Content Producers and Rights Holders do not. It takes a lot more then your Pro-Piracy Propaganda to change their minds. Your Freedom of Speech rhetoric in this case is just bullshit.
