A few pages back I posted a quote from 2011 which says he has ties to the Kaktuz piracy network, In 2012 we proved the whole network used nulled vBulletin, That's our proof there.

We also asked him to post proof of his licenses, He ignored. He claimed he was running legit vBulletin/XenForo but has failed to provide proof? We showed ours as an example of how easy it was to show you have a valid license.

If he has nothing to hide why hasn't he provided us with proof? His sites are clearly designed for piracy as you can see from viewing them. Again why would a legitimate site have pirated content posted? That's a proof he is a pirate.

If he can't provide proof he has licenses then he should be banned. Fair?

Paypal dropped adult ten years ago. They did so, not for moral reasons, but for risk management reasons.

Paypal has been trialling payment options for the adult industry with companies like Epoch.

What we have done though is encourage Paypal to take away Paypal processing as an option for piracy sites and sites publishing illegal content. We have been very successful with this approach, just as we have been with Skrill and Payza.

We are constantly working to deprive piracy sites of payment processing. It's the largest part of our work and we're usually successful in doing so, even if it does take time.
