As you can see MultiXXX clearly isn't going to provide proof he has valid licenses along with that, a quote from vBulletin's license states the following.

This is a clear violation of the license agreement meaning if he does in fact have one it's now null and void since he has copyrighted works posted without rights.

We're not going anywhere and in fact have grown in both support base and capability.

We know they are and have extensive evidence to prove as much.

Uploaders would not go to the trouble of uploading this content if it did not make them money, Keep2Share gets the largest slice of that pie - therefore yes people buy accounts at Keep2Share in order to download all sorts of copyright infringing material.

We'll keep working to deprive them of income, once we tighten the screws enough they will be unable to sustain the cost of running the site and it will fail. It's just a matter of time.

The Pirate Bay is a criminal conspiracy and not all of it's backers or stakeholders have gone to jail. I can't go into further detail, however the future of The Pirate Bay is definitely not assured.

Every file host that pays uploaders has a degree of content theft, in fact we have not found a file locker that pays uploaders of content that does not have a huge piracy problem.

I am asking which host we should flood with rightfully owned content (and I am not talking about shareware or freeware now), both to reach new markets and to see what kind of income it generates. I was considering datafile.com or uploadable.ch, but you think we'll reach more paying customers using keep2share, right?

We have shut down two torrent trackers that were accepting membership payments via Paypal. We have shut down six using Payza and/or Skrill.

We have also assisted by providing evidence which led to the shut down of two free torrent trackers, one of them was the subject of a high profile Torrent Freak news story. We have not declared our involvement in those two shut downs and I won't be naming the sites concerned.


We're working to shut down all of the file lockers you mentioned.

Btw, this thread has generated two dmca removal requests for my legal tube. One was from an agent using a generic search term, attacking his client's affiliates trying to remove their "trailers". The other one made me dump almost 5000 promo vids to the search engines, with text links and banners, on behalf of his client.
