No we have not been notified. Not 1 link reported to us. However, I would like to point out (see in the bottom two screenshots.) these must be newly uploaded files. You can tell because they appear only on 1 mirror. If any of you try (and I know some of you have) to upload a file to our system, you will see the replication is generally quite quick.

If AK did not upload this himself, he caught it pretty quickly. Please send us the links and we will take care of it. They do not appear in our database.

No I am not hiding behind DMCA. The 'screenshots' do not contain URLs. Where am I supposed to look? How can we ban/terminate from screenshots?

Take the text, type it into Google or a search engine for pirates. Find the link and delete. It seems easy to me. then you might find out how much pirated content you have.

Clearly those images were photoshopped. You can easily tell because NO ONE has a browser that tall. He cut and pasted stuff and put it all up and called it evidence. Where are the links if they exist?

I too found those links on SFL. I posted evidence proving as much.

This is not the first time a member on this forum was making stuff up. Why just yesterday someone claimed they were downloading Photoshop, but then later edited their post to hide his obvious lie.

AK is either doing the same, uploading content, or BOTH.

It is clear to me that there is no-one here serious about fighting piracy. Manufactured evidence, no cooperation, and lies. It is no wonder that copyright infringement goes on. You got a blank page because he's removed access to the directory listings of the files.

What site:beta.mercury.fileshoppe.net shows you is all the indexed items, but you can't see them as he's pulled them. Over time they will disappear from the Google index, however they last long enough for us to demonstrate that he's a pirate.

AK, we do not offer directory listings. In any case, even if they were up there, what does it say when they are no longer accessible?

On the one hand, if you find files that infringe copyright, you say "HA! Proof of being a pirate". On the other hand if the files are not accessible, you say "HA! Proof of being a pirate". So really its the same.

And DWB, AV3 was deleted 2 days ago thanks to reports made here on this forum. You claiming you were able to download it is yet another desperate attempt to help make your case. Downloads are logged and there is no evidence you downloaded any file called AV3. We have no record of a file named AV3 available for download.

Everyone who actually bothers to check the link will know its not available. Heck even AK knows its not available but he's happy for people to spread lies if it suits his cause.

It's not that complicated. If you find it, report it and it will come down.

Of course! This is the point of me engaging in this forum. Many files have already been removed thanks to the efforts of some here, including AK.

But if you're not going to bother to check the links to see if the file has already been removed, and then say "SEE, HES A PIRATE", I don't think I'll have enough patience to stay here. And though many of you may like the sound of that, it does answer the question, "why are there so many file lockers about hosting copyright content?". The answer is simple. Because no one is doing anything about it, including AK and his crusaders. He is instead pocketing his donations and letting the problem persist. After all, why would he take down all those sites that ultimately result in him taking in a profit.

Post links you find here and they will be removed. Please check them though. I mean ACTUALLY check them. If you don't see a download button, its not available. If you do, and it is copyright, we will investigate and delete. If the file belongs to a particular user, we will terminate his/her account and all their files.

I don't know how anyone would consider this unreasonable. It's a pretty simple set-up really.

If a special app was used to take larger 'screenshots' that's kind of NOT a screenshot since its not a shot of the screen so to speak. Not to mention those 'shots' are of a smaller size than our web page.

And it's easy to make fake screenshots. No one seems to want to verify those screenshots so it only goes to show most of you don't care about doing anything but twiddling your thumbs and complaining.

It really astounds me that our proactive work to remove copyright content is not only being ignored, but actually being used in some futile attempt to threaten us.

Not all, but most of you have made me feel very unwelcome. I have tried to come here and cooperate with you all. Links that were found active and breached out TOS were promptly removed. Instead of acknowledging this, most of you just continue to bash and make unfounded comments of us being pirates, profiting from piracy, being 'pathetic' and simply spreading lies to suit your 'cause'.

Congratulations to you all. You have successfully driven us out of the forum and this forum will no longer be a channel for us to accept take down requests.

If any of you find your content being distributed using our system, please send us an E-Mail at [email protected]. At the very least, our cooperation in this forum should show that your E-Mails will not go ignored and files will be removed promptly, regardless of your opinion towards us or our business model.

It seems strange that you just take 'screenshots' as evidence without asking for the link. Clearly those images were photoshopped. You can easily tell because NO ONE has a browser that tall. He cut and pasted stuff and put it all up and called it evidence. Where are the links if they exist? I too found those links on SFL. I posted evidence proving as much. This is not the first time a member on this forum was making stuff up. Why just yesterday someone claimed they were downloading Photoshop, but then later edited their post to hide his obvious lie. AK is either doing the same, uploading content, or BOTH. You ask not for evidence from him why? Because you have already made your minds up. It is clear to me that there is no-one here serious about fighting piracy. Manufactured evidence, no cooperation, and lies. It is no wonder that copyright infringement goes on. You spend all your time complaining about it instead of actually doing something about it. And judging by how some of you have acted in this thread, I would bet you guys are contacting Paypal and various other payment gateways/authorities with completely made up 'evidence'. Good job guys! Keep up the good work. One day you'll get there. Just keep persisting and piracy will die. Nothing beats piracy like sitting on you hands or twiddling your thumbs.

You cannot be pleased and you still tout this BS that you know what you're talking about and you know what you're doing. It's a shame you did not post any actual links for people to verify your BS. And DWB, AV3 was deleted 2 days ago thanks to reports made here on this forum. You claiming you were able to download it is yet another desperate attempt to help make your case. Downloads are logged and there is no evidence you downloaded any file called AV3. We have no record of a file named AV3 available for download. Everyone who actually bothers to check the link will know its not available. Heck even AK knows its not available but he's happy for people to spread lies if it suits his cause. It's not that complicated. If you find it, report it and it will come down. If somehow you relate that to the actions of a pirate, that only shows how twisted your mind works, not mine.

If a special app was used to take larger 'screenshots' that's kind of NOT a screenshot since its not a shot of the screen so to speak. Not to mention those 'shots' are of a smaller size than our web page. And it's easy to make fake screenshots. No one seems to want to verify those screenshots so it only goes to show most of you don't care about doing anything but twiddling your thumbs and complaining.
