well it does matter, since I'm answering all the questions he's requesting, it's common courtesy. I am quite surprised to see that senior citizens are learning to use computers. That's awesome!

we have blocked some IP's of DMCA agents using scripts which was in essence ddos'ing our site. And that is an attack, we are well within our rights to block web attacks.

Okay, so I have to figure that you are probably 18+; but the "senior citizen" jab means under 30. I'm guessing 23.

That's interesting. Especially considering that 96.7% of all links indexed by Google to files on your servers come from Warez sites, Release sites, Piracy forums, Piracy blogs and so forth. |

No specialist lawyer set your company up, you're not all that credible in your responses to questions either. Back to the question at hand. Are you against piracy ? Will you make it a feature of your terms of service that linking to files from a piracy or warez website is just cause for files to be removed ? |

In any case you were asked to post examples of legitimate use of your site, you have failed to do so. Let me give you the opportunity again. Please post some examples of genuine rights holders using your service to distribute their content. |

Well at the end of the day that is up to both you and AdultKing what you want to say on a forum, but it seems pretty childish to keep arguing with each other over who, what were and when but it sure has a good entertainment value

You can find many examples of genuine rights holders using our service to distribute their content and earn money from our pay per download model. I have given you one example of a forum which much traffic comes from. xda developers. I'm sorry I can't go in and browse around at everything everyone is uploading. I do value safe harbor. |

What I can say is that if you add up all of the money contributed by this industry I have matched that and then some out of my own pocket. In fact by the end of the year I will have put almost $100,000 of my own cash and in kind contributions to Copy Control and the IP Association. |

You have been bought. You haven't even raised an eyebrow to the 100,000's of infringements from this company. But yet, small organizations like mine, and others are more of a threat than this company. I mean hell, you even did a 2 page story on our site? Not even one small mention or tweet about manwin? You said you're battling commercial piracy? Seems like that is commercial piracy on a massive scale. But yet you take donations from them. So, it is very obvious, that you are showing favor. Any person with some business morals, would have laughed at his offer. Assuming that ending commercial piracy is your real agenda.

Krylon, you're going back to your old arguments. We're not targeting anything other than file lockers and the immediate eco system. We're not targeting counterfeit goods importers, drop shippers, tubes, etc. We're targeting file lockers. Not one single infringing file locker has been given a free pass. |

While quietly some file lockers are being auctioned off on Flippa, feel sorry for the folks that thought they were buying a legitimate business and realize what they bought into

Will you put a notice on your main page or about us page, that you receive donations from the owners of youporn, pornhub, and every other large pirate tube site, to fund your campaign against file lockers?

You have no qualms about boasting how much Nautilus donates to you on a site read by many more viewers than copycontrol or stopfilelockers receive. Why not state publicly how much you have accepted from the pirates? We will pretend this is just an interview also, so you don't need to post it on copycontrol, or stopfilelockers. Just here.
Webmasters, I recommend you stick with the trusted content removal companies such as pornguardian, or nateglass, but do you really want to trust a company who is paid by pirates? Will he really remove your content from his partners sites? |

I tell you what , you put in your TOS that sharing links on piracy websites is prohibited and will result in file deletion and actually enforce that measure then we'll report all the links to you and together we can wipe out most of that problematic piracy on your service ? Surely having strict anti-piracy rules would mean you would jump at the chance to eliminate it from your legitimate service ? |

If one larger pirate operation funded him with enough cash so that all the other pirate operations would end up going out of business, I'd call that a huge win. It is easier to deal with a large, professional group of pirates than it is a bunch of dodgy, wanna be pirates who cry like babies. I'm not a fan of Manwin, but I'll take one giant Manwin over all you little shits. |

Moogie, seeing as you have strict measures in place to mitigate piracy how about you ou put in your TOS that sharing links on piracy websites is prohibited and will result in file deletion and actually enforce that measure then we'll report all the links to you and together we can wipe out most of that problematic piracy on your service ?
