Moogie, why are you here ? If we are so irrelevant and so unlikely to succeed why do you care ?
Why would you spend all this time arguing with someone who can have no impact or is irrelevant to your business ? Why are you so opposed to us receiving contributions, why are you so opposed to us furthering our efforts ? Why , tell me why if none of this affects you and we are the joke you say we are. The fact is you're pushing a self serving agenda. You're threatened by what we do. Your very future lives and dies by our success. So you'll do anything to denigrate our efforts. |

If someone can use Manwin's generosity to do good work, then it is a win/win for all of us.
Just my opinion. |

I see, well as it happens traffic is not a consideration for what we do.
At the moment our project is to target file lockers, like yours, which have widespread copyright infringement, like yours, and then shut off their money supply forcing them to go under. We don't care about traffic, we care that you are profiting from the hard work of others and as you fit within the file locker criteria then we're coming after you. |

that's one of the pay per download models. But the Pay Per sale model, would probably benefit the webmasters here more.

So twenty content producers might upload thousands of dollars worth of content and one out of that twenty is lucky enough to get a pay per sale commission, while the buyer is laughing, he or she just got access to tens of thousands of dollars worth of content for $9 bucks. |

Despite claims to the contrary, losing paypal was a significant blow to his plan. He shows up after that as Krylon and spends how long trying to get in close? When he realizes that isn't going to work he decides to have a 6 hour nervous breakdown on gfy today. The poor fuck has been saying he is done with this discussion for how many hours now? He knows the Visa hammer is coming soon.

We have very large traffic coming from the types of forums I listed you earlier. 'xda-developers' There are a lot of independent programmers, who monetize their work through our system. A lot of DJ's. A lot of tutorial writers. Take your pic. There are tons of different types of people who monetize there work through a pay per download system. If you search for infringing content, obviously you are going to find it. Search dropbox, I'm sure you'll find infringements also. It is part of being a public service provider. It happens. |

Time to go to bed. How much do you charge monthly for unlimited download ability? Is it 9.95? Do you offer those members a nice search function?
Shit, even a mid-class criminal would charge 99.95 per month for that download capability for unlimited access to 1000's upon 1000's of free content. Just type whatever you want and it likely is there... that of course, means you are popular. Are you popular? |

If 20 content producers upload 20 movies worth $40 each retail to your site. Then there are 20 movies @ $40 = $800 in retail. Then if one person buys a one month membership to your site there is $9.50 is spent by the that person for access to $800 content uploading by those 20 producers PLUS all the other content on the site. *IF* that one sale came from the site of a content producer then the content producer is rewarded the PPS commission on one sale which gets the buyer $800 of retail content PLUS all the other content on the site. Why would ANY content producer give away their content to you for a few bucks so that you can sell it to thousands of people for pennies ? With regard to infringements. Majestic SEO data about links back to your site. Between 90% and 100% relate to obviously infringing content. Also sampling the Google transparency report data shows the growth since you started the site. http://www.google.com/transparencyre...ramegabit.com/ If you can assert otherwise, then please do so. |

I can't comment on your majestic SEO data, because like I said before, people that share data with friends or family or colleagues don't really share links on public forums or website. I'm sure you would have about the same results if you ran that on dropbox, or any other large cloud hosting provider such as rapidshare. |

If the business-model of file-lockers was giving families, friends, colleaques the ability to share their (family) pictures you would all be broke tomorrow! And if that was their businessmodel... why don`t they charge these people for storage instead of giving them money for uploads or charging them for (faster) downloads?

UltraMegaBit. More than 1000 infringing links removed in a couple of months A whopping >90% infringing links. http://www.google.com/transparencyre...ramegabit.com/ Dropbox: 0.000012% infringing. 16 removal requests on Google transparency report in more than one year compared to your many hundreds in two months. http://www.google.com/transparencyre...s/dropbox.com/ RapidShare: 21.56% infringing. 104,704 removal requests in over a year. http://www.google.com/transparencyre...apidshare.com/ If we compare you to the average between dropbox and rapidshare then you have a rate of 297% more piracy per link indexed than the mean average of both of these services put together. However it's no use comparing Rapidshare, we're going after them also. |

Moogie, do you want to know why there's virtually no DropBox piracy ? It's because people know that DropBox will zap your account the minute they get adverse reports about infringers. Whereas if we compare that to you, you'll block DMCA agents from auditing your service for infringement.
If there's anything been achieved by the last several pages of dialogue with you, it's that you've demonstrated yourself to be a fence for thieves without any regard for the rights of others. All you do is deflect your own wrongdoing and denigrate an effort which has been the most effective anti-piracy action taken this year. |

We block repeat infringers from access to our site. We have blocked 3 rights holder organizations as they were running a script that was querying our site more than 100 times a second. Which is infact a denial of service attack, and we are entitled to protect our site from abuse. There you go with your unfounded accusations again about us being a fence, or directly involved in any sort of copyright infringement. We remove any content which is reported to us in a very rapid fashion. In fact I'm pretty sure faster than any other public cloud-hosting service provider which is being abused. I am not deflecting any wrongdoing on our part, I am only stating the facts of our operation. You have not made any effect on piracy in my opinion. All the sites which you listed that had paypal taken away, have since migrated to other payment processors, and are still operating as usual months later. And the sites which have went offline, can you even say they were sites at all? Like I stated in my original post here, when I came, you are trying to build up your virtual portfolio, even if it means you posting 'kills' which make no difference to the filehosting ecosystem, or piracy in that matter, so that you can start soliciting cold hard cash from adult webmasters. I only wanted the webmasters to be truly informed about who they're donating money to. An anti-piracy operation funded by the biggest online adult piracy outfit on the internet. Yet you talk about shady deals. You accepted money from pirates. I'll let you post whatever you wish from now on that makes you sleep easier at night. You can have this forum, to post your self-serving ego boosting rants from now on. I've made my point, and I've given my contact info to the webmasters here, in a show of faith to offer direct help to them should they find any of their content illegally hosted on our servers. Thank you, and goodnight. I'm eagerly awaiting my letter on monday, which I doubt will never come. |

>90% of indexed links back to your site are infringing Moogie. It speaks volumes.
More than 1000 requests in the Google transparency report in 2 months. Dropbox is a much larger operation than you by an order of magnitude yet they have less than 20 requests in 2 years and only 0.000012% infringing. Even RapidShare which is described by some in the anti piracy movement as one of the worst sites there is for piracy has only 21.56% infringing You cant argue with the Google figures unless you want to claim these are bullshit too. You hate the fact that people support us because you hate what we are doing, it has the potential to ruin you. Your posts are self serving, the only interest you have is stopping us before we stop you. |

The reason for the seemingly high number of reports to google could be due to the fact that the copyright office has not updated our information on their website yet. I'm sure as soon as that is done, there will be a large drop in the transparency report. No, the interest I have is defending my company from people like you who make wild assumptions and accusations in order to try to boost your ego, or your company profile. I also want to make it perfectly clear what your agenda is to general populace of this site. You're an anti-piracy operation operating with funds donated by the worlds largest infringing adult websites. |

Having a DMCA registered agent will not impact on removal requests reported in the transparency report. It doesn't have an effect on filesube, bitshare, freakshare, filefactory or any other site so I don't know what makes you special and able to magically impact Google's transparency data. I've posted all those links above, remove them, they're infringing. |

Yes I do think that, because the link to the infringing content on our server would be gone. You probably would have no clue, since you are not a copyright holder of anything, nor are you authorized by any copyright holders to act on their behalf. Laws are in place, follow them. I didn't write the laws. We just abide by them.

Moogie, a legitimate business owner faced with overwhelming misuse of their service for nefarious purposes would be expected to be apologetic and wanting to fix the problem
Whereas you're just acting like an arrogant, careless wanker. Where's the contrition one would expect from someone who's "legitimate cloud service" has become a haven for piracy ? |

Well let's see rlslog.net hosted on PQR is one of the top thieving sites in existence.
Your links are on every page, every new file is hosted on your servers. Surely you are not going to say you hadn't noticed that traffic? www.rlslog.net |
