Did you know that the best time to act on an AUP breach with a host is early afternoon Friday ? The reason for this is action is then taken mid afternoon and the legal people then go home for the weekend.

Support can't re-instate servers without approval from legal - therefore the hosting is denied to the infringer all weekend and into Monday until the infringer can try to convince the host not to terminate them.

Maybe, but I believe most of them are promo vids with altered watermarks. I will talk to a DMCA agent that works against Asia about them. Well, hentai is just not my thing. I just checked with the world's most popular tube, xvideos, and they have exactly the same problem.

uploads of child pornography. The "Uploader" was using a Server from Estonia,
but we do log ip from every session and one IP was from Australia.

The Affiliate had 23 Fraud Premium Salesin 3 days and illegal porn. We immediately deleted the content, contacted our payment gateways and local authorities. Our local authorities are currently in touch with the Australian authorities. But unfortunately, we were too late and we lost all our merchant accounts and we do use resellers for now. However, seven payment processors accepted us and we're currently implenting them.

For the future, all transactions will be on hold for 14 days.
We do monitor our sites permanently now.

If the contributors accept the illegal methods from "Adultking", don't complain when illegal Affiliates offer your content as download on their illegal sites.

I just finished up reading and submitting a post on SFL.

2 members of GFY that were too scared to put their names to posts on SFL. They definitely knew they would have to post proof they could not provide that would result in their banning here on GFY. You still approved the posts.

Very brave of them to be so positive that they would post this shit on your site where they knew they would not be identified or held responsible for their words.

The only thing lower then the posts themselves is that you approved the posts for publication and even responded to them.

Do not think for 1 moment we are going anywhere, we will get comfy and scrutinize everything and everyone. This is an issue you can not avoid.

As for the brave souls that posted on SFL, grow some balls and a dick then man up and post your defamatory accusations here so we can make a post about your banning.

You missed i owned imgkeep (a paying adult image host) before I released it to a friend at cramit.in which mainly ran it for me the last few months. We also had a large amount of brazzers content. If you check archive info you will also see we allowed it. We were paid to as a matter of fact.

That said, you will also say, "well how come you allow so much stolen content on yonzy?" Report it to somebody to make a dmca and we will delete it.

Now my past...I'm sure you will want to bring some of this up as it's easy to find:

I've been arrested a few times for things like drunk in public, assault, theft under 5k, ect about 6 years ago. Did a few weeks in a Provincial jail before getting released on bail. It ended with a discharge if that matters. You can probably find some articles by doing a google on my name. Cost over $20,000 in legal fees and fines.

They asked for $7,000 of the money back. I told them I took out $10,000. They said records only showed the $7,000. I told them to take it all.

I'm not going to start a fight, But all that happened pre-registration of the company, You can see posts written here stating that, Including the fact it stopped. - all that data was removed in June 2013.

The last information we posted was in October 2013, This was usernames and ip's which are public, No login information was posted.

I won't comment on WDF's posts, I don't control him nor own him so I sadly can't do anything there apart from talk in private.

What I will say is some very VERY dirty games are currently being played and it isn't us doing that. And for this reason I will be cutting all contact with you/SFL/CopyControl/AdultIP, However if what I fear is true you will see us report this with full evidence to verify the claims.

Nuke Piracy / WDF were never associated with us in the first place.

They have never been invited into our collaboration systems and they have never had access to our databases or systems. Reputable DMCA agents do have access to our collaboration system and some are members of Adult IP.

The most contact we have had with them is when they have sent us a few emails with information that led us nowhere anyway.
