Google Drive / Docs - Exporting Error
Any idea how to get rid of the extra space when exporting to txt?
I tried almost everything to get rid of the second line. When I export to .doc, .pdf, .rtf for example, line spacing is perfect. I need them in txts to maximize efficiency. Tried - removing formatting - removing lines, then spacing paragraphs the same - using different browser - clearing cache What Works - If I put a space on each blank line to create the proper outcome. (obviously wouldn't do this as its a waste of time) Check out this image: http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/2032/spacing.jpg As you can see on the left, google docs editor, that's WYSIWYG, and the outputted "exported" text file on the right is the aftermath of me exporting. Notice the two space gap for no reason, when it should be just one space. Let me know if you have a second to try this yourself and see if I can get this working. ![]() |

A simple shift enter enter was the solution.
