1. Pay $100 into your bank.
2. Take $40 out this leaves you $60 next day 3. Take $30 out. this leaves you $30 next day 4. Take $18 out. This leaves you £12 next day 5. Take $12 out. This leaves you 0. But you should now have $2 credit (60 + 30 + 12 - 100 = $2) just keep repeating
