curious, are these spots geo-targeted? Or do you plunk down $5,000 and get whatever GEO the site gets?

The sites above are not GEO targeted but we do have that option for other traffic we have. That said all the sites below have high tier 1 GEOs (USA, CAN, UK, AUS etc).

I can provide GEO breakdowns for anyone that is interested.
