The value of the camera is besides the point, one can rent such camera for a couple of hundred bucks per day. A good camera and someone who knows how to use it however, makes for beautiful pics. What is considered beautiful, now that's in the eye of the beholder. I like both looks quite a bit, but to be honest, I like the "real look" much better as well.
