I've seen plenty of CCBill programs in the past with less than 50% and/or only paying for the initial signup. It's nothing worth starting a thread over.
As for Paypal payouts; nothing new there either. How do you get your reflinks with other programs, telepathy? |

also, some of the guys also offered promos like its 1999, but they know how to make and sell their content well
so, maybe signing up 25percent can make more money than 100percents |
