corticosteroid like Flonase or any of them.
Go to the dr and get a prescription dont even fuck around with the stuff at the pharmacy I only use that stuff on super crazy days in combination with the spray.

Aerius works the best for me (not sure what it's called in other countries), I would stay away from any corticosteroids unless your doc approves or you use them just for a few days, way too many / sometimes serious side effects
If your allergies are bad, you should consider immunotherapy - it's my second year now and you have no idea how much better I feel (knock on wood) |

Aerius is what all my doctor friends recommend as "the best one around". It's a prescription drug in most countries but works for the general population and rarely causes any syptoms like drowsiness, like other drugs can/will do.
