WP Multisite question
I just installed WP, and activated the Multisite option......but everytime I try to add a new site (blog) it doesn't make it a subdomain like I would want too.... it makes a new directory

I'm with AmeriNOC and used Softaculous and enabled multisites......read a bunch of tuts on the net, but do not get why I can't fix that.....

most hosts dont have *.domain.com enabled in the actual vhost entry of your domain, they have to be added manually.

Problem was half solved by the host.......I still had to change a line in the wp.config.php file......but now, I'm in business....
