is this photo of myself and corey feldman repairable?
i was at a party last week, corey feldman was there and friend of mine out of LA knew him and introduced me...i grew up with his movies and talking to him felt like i was talking to an old friend of mine, really cool guy
i got a pic of us, but i used the phone i had just gotten, which didnt have autoflash set up yet, and the flash was not used i tried to go on fiverr, and the guy said it wasnt fixable, and no replies when i posted a project in the gfy buy and sell forum tell me there is something that can be done here original pic and the one i messed around with a little with MS Office

I'm sure it is repairable but I don't think you will get anything great with a few simple filters. Someone would have to do a lot of blending and touch up in some cases pixel by pixel in order to make it look like anything near normal.
I bet it could be done but it would take a lot of work and would be more like a recreation.
