i dont see why i should remove it just because she no longer a model, plus its my site i make all the pages, and the galleries all point to a legit website

Hi, i would like to report that someone opened a profile on this page using my pictures and my name (which i used when modelling). Model"s name is "****". I wasn't the one who opened the page (which was opened 30th of may i believe). and wasn't aware of this profile until last thursday when she opened facebook profile too and send this link to all my friends and family members pretending it's me. The photos used here are very old, and i put it past me. What this person is trying to do is to get me embarrassed at my work place, so would like to kindly ask to have this profile removed as it's not genuine. The details are false (e.i. age, hight, measurements)

Avoid the hassle and gain good will. Your site looks like it has plenty more girls on it. Also, if she is not working any more, she is old news. Replace her with new, active girls.

Get a confirmation first: have her send you a picture of herself holding a piece of paper that says "I love bananas" to ensure that she's actually the girl in question. It could potentially be a legit case, or someone might be trying to shut down a genuine model that's looking for exposure.

After that, remove the stuff. You have no legal reason to do so, but be a good guy and just do it. You're unlikely to lose revenue over it, so yeah.

But you could always estimate how much that page earns you per year and charge her 1-3 years revenue to take it down after explaining why you have the content up and who you are (so it doesn't look like extortion). For most people the profile of a old model is lucky to make $10 a year these days. You don't lose any money and she gets her content down. Win-win.

It could be seen as that if you aren't careful. You definitely need to identify who you are, why the content is up, that you have a license or permission to use it, how much approximate revenue the content generates, how you are calculating the charge and what exactly the charge is for. For most people it makes sense to remove it since we're talking a minuscule amount of loss for removing the page.

It's better to offer the option rather than to be a dick and flat out refuse no matter if the model is willing to compensate you for lost revenues. If you're a dick and you make $5 a year from the content but you tell the model to pay you $3000 then you deserve an extortion charge.

From my POV, take it down. I had a couple Chaturbate performers contact my hosting company, which lead them to audit my account and ask me to leave.

I added a contact page and a "report abuse/request content removal" link on the footer of every one of my sites now. I’ll have to go through all my records and 2257 docs to find out the actual correct name for that model as its from quite a few years ago and I dont know it.

Its totally upto you whether you want to leave the picture up or not, your within your rights to use it so just depends whether you want to or not. The model has not been intouch with me personally to remove any contact of her at all.

Be interested to know who that BRITISH model is ? As a content producer I'd go tell the model to fuck off or pay back her fee plus a premium for the content to be removed. As an affiliate I'd tell the model to fuck off and go speak to the program owner. May seem harsh to you US peoples but these British slags do REALLY try it on at times.

Redirect such links to a page where you advise the surfer that many of the models eventually have second thoughts and get their content removed from the Internet, push the importance of joining sites and backing up pics and videos of their favorite models, as you never know when this can happen. Link to your best converting sites and recommend downloading the best content while it's still available.
