Closest best site to that would probably be DigitalDesire.com but it is in fact not as tame as you are asking for.

Most of the other sites mentioned here are not "Playboy Quality"

I am working on a project that would be that quality but I am not sure there is enough demand to do a whole site like that.

Most affiliates do that, no different than say submitting sponsor galleries to thehun and all the rest back in the day. Why is it a prob Damian? In the end the sponsor still gets the traffic.
