Anyone Else Getting High Volume of Poor Regional Traffic?

I don't know how else to describe it but following on from this thread https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1118628 I am more convinved than ever that Google is sending me excessive traffic from regional sites..

The above is a small selection of my recent Google referrals. These regional searches take up a huge amount of Google searches. English traffic is the minority.

Is anyone else seeing the same?

I have noticed a huge drop in people spending money whilst the amount of uniques per day hasn't changed much. I guess this is because the visitors Google are referring don't hold a credit card..

The server is in Canada, I don't know what a cdnetworks is.
