Seahawks Looking Pretty Good in 2013

After the second preseason game last night (Seattle 40 - Denver 10) I am making the prediction that my Seattle Seahawks will be in the Super Bowl this year. Any SF/Kaepernick fans disagree?

You're making a super bowl prediction based on a pre-season game?

I disagree, this year the Seahawks wont catch anybody by surprise. The Seahawks wont get past the Packers or the 49ers, hell, if Shanahan did not leave RGIII in when he was obviously a detriment to his team who knows how that game would of ended.

You got that right, I still remember when they played the Steelers in the Superbowl. Fucking Seahawks, Stevens in particular gave that game away.

Last nights game basically confirms the Seahawks talent and depth...most analysts agree that Hawks will be the team to beat and they look to be pretty good for many years to come.

Not just the preseason, Seattle's got a loaded roster and seems to have made all the right moves the past couple years. The Seahawks-49ers games should be good ones and I'd say both are early SB favorites.

Me, I'm just excited to see my Eagles. Doubt they'll win much with the current roster (defense looks rough! in a bad way) but they should be fun to watch for a change.

Far as RGIII - that guy is everything you could want in a QB, but I just have a bad feeling about his career injury-wise. Time will tell.

When the Lions went 0-16 they were 4-0 in the pre-season.

Strong start, let's see how they look in week 8.

Niners are still the team to beat this year, loss or no loss.

that man-to-man coverage v. zone is going to be an achilles heal for that 49 qb. seattle seemed to have known that going in.

the Hawks had no business winning that game. Schaub's blunder gave Seattle the opportunity to tie it up in the 4th.

Hey, a win is a win. The Broncos look like the real deal right now.

I think it would be great to see the Seahawks and Broncos in the Super Bowl.

The irresistible force (Peyton Manning) meeting the immovable object (Seattle D).

I didn't watch the last few niners' games, which is why they won. Every game I've been in front of the tv for, they've lost.

Shit, I really want to see this niner-seattle matchup. But I'm afraid I'll jinx them.

Please do us all a favor and watch on DVR LOL

Nah seriously if we can't beat seattle this week we are not ready for the super bowl....the road to the super bowl will go thru seattle.

The mighty 49ers will have no problem taking that road!

What a season! All you haters want to guess the score of the super bowl which just so happens to be the Seahawks vs. Broncos for whom this thread was started before the season began. I'll take the Hawks in the super bowl 40-10

It is the classic matchup. Best defense in the game against the best offense in the game.

We haven't had that matchup in a while. The last one I remember was when the Buc beat my Raiders.

Defense tends to win games and the weather could be very shitty in NY. Go Hawks!
