For me, lack of sleep.

My sleep was ruined for one reason or another last night and i haven't snapped out of my bad mood all day as a result.

If i don't get a decent sleep tonight i might actually kill someone...

Same here, I absolutely need my 8 hours sleep.

I live in a nice detached house with no neighbours close to me and I sleep like a baby!

I absolutely cannot stand other peoples noise!

Same goes for other peoples pets, there is nothing I hate more than people who have dogs that bark constantly all day long because their owner has neglected them and left them alone in their backyard.

Thankfully I learnt from experience, best thing to do is put yourself in an environment where things that annoy you become a thing of the past and you can focus on your goals in a productive manor

low blood sugar. Most people don't realize this is happening most of the time but if you find yourself irritable for no reason it's almost always that. You don't have to be diabetic to notice it either.
