One of the problems in mainstream site buy/sell,how standard there for revenue is 1 to 2 year unlike adult very average is 6 month/1 year.

It is problem since it makes sites very expensive and it is quite a long time to get a ROI.Not the mention mainstream sites requires updates,so you can forget buy it and forget it strategy.

Well you have to have seller and buyer satisfied. If the period would be shorter real sellers would not sell. And if the period would be longer - buyers would not buy.
