Pay Sites for Vegas Strippers - Customers/Members

This isn't really an area of my expertise in adult but I'm trying to figure out the best way to navigate and execute this idea. Any feedback or insight would be great

Situation:

Because of my background in other media type work and my other business interests , I've been approached by quite a few strippers in Las Vegas to make them pay sites that they can have members (especially customers they met in the club) to sign up to view/buy their content. Most of the time I couldn't be bothered to work with strippers because their extremely unreliable and flaky but there are a few girls that I see that are amazing at networking customers and I could see this being profitable.

I like this concept for the following reasons
- Customers can get extremely obsessed after meeting a dancer in real life and sign-ups would be extremely easy
- These strippers already have a decent network of guys they communicate with
- There sending out content already (texts/snap chat) so generating new content will be easy
- I know these girls can get these guys to sign up to their site on the spot

Solution:

I've looked into a few options and i'm leaning towards http://www.modelcentro.com to launch each girls site. Reasoning is that I think the flake factor on this is going to be huge, I don't see much overhead cost being initiated out of the gate other then maybe 20-30 minutes of time to generate a site. If I can find a few of the right girls to get on track to work sign-ups that it would profitable with minimum time/money on my behalf.

What I'm kind of hung up on is how many sign-ups or paying members would it take to make this profitable ?

What are good numbers in terms of membership sign ups for a solo girl pay site ?
1 a day ?
5 a day ?
50 a day ?

I get approached all the time for girls that want their own pay sites but 90% of the time it isn't worth my time or effort , I like what i'm seeing tho in the simplicity of the CMS's that are out there. I think if I had a super simple solution to sign them up quick and get them a site where customers can enter in credit card info and see some revenue that it might be worth working with them again. I easily have access to 100+ girls that want pay-sites.

you can try to do it with the most popular girl, if it goes well you can expend. make sure to print out cards with the site url and her phone number (if she wishes) and make sure she gives everyone a card or says the site name/url. the url should be easy to remember and type out.

Yes I agree. And you would be lucky to get 3 sales per week with stripper sites. But eventually as they build up regular customers it could be good. I'm in Vegas email me if you need help with things.

Adult Centro could be a fantastic option...but the whole "strippers want pay sites" thing...is a disaster, regardless of what it appears from their initial enthusiasm.
I've dealt with that since 1994, when I lived in ATL, and of course, since I moved here to LV in 2001.
That comes from them "thinking" they'll get a shitload of easy $$$, but, as Rob mentioned above, they'd be lucky to get 2-3 sales a week...especially if the content of the site is "only" of that specific girl, as opposed to a multi-girl site collective.
Once they realize they won't be getting a shit ton of $$$ within a week or so....Exit....stage {or stripper stage} left...

That being said...if you do proceed, and I can be of any assistance, hit me up...I've shot for, and in, several of the clubs here in Vegas, and countless others prior to moving to Vegas, so I am familiar with the territory...and of course pro level shooting in studio & home environments.

You make it seem so easy... Just building/shooting content/ managing one website is a ton of work, doesn't matter what cms you use, I'm sure that model centro will lift some things but a girl taking some selfies etc. isn't going to give you enough content or updates, I think you really need to look a lot further into this

I do think you have a good idea and I disagree with everyone saying stay away from strippers. Set up a date, do a test shoot to see how things go, if good then shoot her for a few weeks straight (make sure all rights are signed to you in releases) etc. but I think you are really downplaying how much hard work would be involved. Nothing in life comes easy.

Yes because trying to do something that everyone has already failed at year after year for the same reasons is a sound business practice. What you're missing in your generalization of all women is that stripping is a short-term career path to begin with. Put down your online business for dummies book and learn market trends instead. Not being able to drop $1k in a strippers hands during the first week will just be the beginning of your problems.

Why not make your own site, you can get hosting for $24.95 a month to handle the needs. You can make the site with a wordpress template. and another wordpress template the for the members area. Total cost $100 for the template and to have it installed.

Then film and take photos and upload them.

Then promote.

Love the Vegas idea, Vegas is huge right now.

Dude you have to have SOMETHING TO SELL. It's not just "hey start a paysite!!" No - you need CONTENT. And thinking the content will be easy to get just because they tweet and text and shake their ass....no it will not work. Why? Because you will never ever EVER get enough content to make a site worth joining.

Do you honestly think a STRIPPER will create thousands of her own original photos? And what about videos? Webcam shows? C'mon man, strippers are (usually) a 'right here right now' kinda person and will not stick around long enough to make this whole thing worthwhile. Besides, even at 5 sales a DAY, after splits and billing and this and that the girl would not make as much as she would make in a single shift at the club, and that's in cash.

yup this is the problem, in vegas girls can make $1000 on ONE good night. strippers are all about money so unless your site blows up like crazy and is making them $10,000 a month right off the bat they aren't going to put the time or effort into shooting content.

I think you're caught up in stereotypes. There are all kinds of people among models and among strippers. Being responsible may not be the dominant type of behavior for most in this field, but doesn't happen too often among webmasters either. Look for the right people instead of filtering by profession.
