What is it with "up to $30 per signup". What is the base rate? Not on any place on your enitre site, you tell the base rate, everywhere it's "up to" $30 or $35.

Cali........ you will get paid $30 per signup UNLESS you reach 50 signups in a period, which is a month, and then you will get paid $35....... it says this in our terms page here:

I dodged a bullet with PIBcash.
