Does paxum card still work with paypal?I tried to add new one(which i just received) and it throws error message "bank does not allow this transaction" .Any idea why is that?

It doesn't work.
I'm an active Paxum user and have over 10,000$ in credit with PayPal.
I tried to link PayPal with Paxum and it doesn't work.

I'm pretty sure it works if you just pay using a cc without using using an account, but i dont use paxum so not %100 sure.

Yep, it still works but you need to have some funds on the card before adding it to your Paypal account. Just transfer a few bucks to your Paxum card and try to add it to your Paypal again. It should work.
