Which Rich Snippets do you think are worth implementing for Adult sites?

Rich snippets or semantic mark-up is not a ranking factor (SEO) by itself, but once rich snippets are being displayed on SERPs, the extra real estate for your results is increasing the clickthrough rate for you...

Depends what content the site has.

I usually put these on tube sites:

-thumbnailUrl

-encodingFormat
-videoQuality
-interactionCount
-duration

-embedUrl

Yes, it shows those in Google video search.

Ratings - I have a WP plugin that does it but I think think this is the schema;

Rating - schema.org
