Who can help me create a EU account on Epoch and CCBill
I have a UK company, But I live in Hong Kong. Both of CCBill and Epoch request a EU personal information , such as passport/driver and utility bill scans. So anyone can help me on this?

As long you've a registered office situated in England or Wales or Scotland and you're the director, secretary or shareholder of a UK company you can live anywhere in the world.

i didnt know , if you have llc in eu still you needed the eu person's dl + pp docs. i was under impression that only llc documents are enough.

To my knowledge, until recently, showing EU LLC was enough even if you are not european.
They will request EU personal information only if you register with them under your own name. (Not using your LLC)

If you have a registered UK company and you're a director then you should be able to submit your company certificate and share holder info and use your personal identification documents regardless of which country issued them to prove you are who you say your are?

Dude you need to hire EU director or get a nominee director who is also willing to sign documents and bank accounts.
This stuff is not free and is done only by people who specialize in that, if you hope someone here will become a nominee out of goodness of their heart, you are mistaken

now if you need some advice where to get nominee director that's a whole other story
