Diploy / CloudBlok / Synatar Stay Away from these companies
It is with great regret that I come here to talk about what happened to our sites hosted by the Cloudblok / Diploy / Synatar We host about 8 domains on the server and in December all our files, databases, emails and other information were lost It is important to clarify that we paid backup on package and, because of this, we did not have all the files saved locally since, as you all know, these are dynamic files, as galleries databases, thumbs, trades and emails hosted with them. At the moment we negotiate for a server with Cloudblok / Diploy / Synatar, I asked for a solution with CPANEL / WHM and the two attendants I spoke (Juan and Carlos) told me that the best solution for my case would be a Vesta Server. So... I was afraid, but they reassured me and told me I would have no problem with the server and that I should apply for a backup solution to keep my files safe from any kind of problem Then accepted the proposed solution and we started the migration of sites. Install trades, set up a copy of smartthumbs and gave them to the customer sites that had hired me. Behold, returning from vacation, now in January, I get emails saying that the sites are down and when I contacted the support of Cloudblok / Diploy / Synatar, they told me they couldn't do anything because they had lost all my data I run to paypal website to cancel the recurring payment and ask for refund from last month but look: They responded to paypal that within the terms of their services would be a clause saying they do not would be responsible for losses that they caused themselves in the files of its customers. What the hell??? Searching on the internet I noticed how poor their service is, and see some bad opinions by consumers and I think that because of this, they are changing the name that was previously diploy to cloudblok ... To continue harming other consumers who, like me, believe the false promises of this company ... Finally, I went the Cloudblok / Diploy / Synatar site to search your TOS... What was my surprise when I see that the don't have it... Only a 404 page cloudblok.com/tos So... Be warned: Stay out of this company Don't end up like me, with no files, no database, no support ... And, if you are still hosting on Cloudblok / Diploy / Synatar servers... Look for another company and host your websites in a decent company. The only thing you will have if u have a issue like this is a bitter apology... They cant resolve... Simply cant... Life becomes much more difficult when amateurs try to provide services that only professionals should do. Stay away from Cloudblok / Diploy / Synatar. Here is some answers I received from this "reputable company" support Carlos informing me that would not give more support since I had canceled payments (detail that payment would be today, January 6, 2014 and I just canceled the payment because they have lost all my files) (07:20:42) Carlos: I am very sorry to but at this moment i can not help you any more as you have pulled your payments. (07:21:18) Robert Lemos: hahaha (07:21:24) Robert Lemos: R u joking me? (07:21:36) Robert Lemos: I cancel the payments because u lost my files (07:21:41) Carlos: That is how it is. What would you like me to do. Carlos telling me that would start a "legal battle" if I post information about what happened in forums and reviews: (07:24:15) Carlos: You can post it any where you like, it will only result in a legal battle. Things like this can happen. I am sorry about that but i can't get files back for you que are corrupted. (07:24:42) Carlos: backups are never guaranteed Finally, to close with a flourish ... Company post from support system talking about the crash involved with my and other accounts: "At point we do not have any for the files, we are still trying to recover anything from the crash with Involved Also other accounts on this node but so far we have very little luck. It would be best if you have a copy of the running websites and upload Them. "

I lost a few small sites as well, but they keep charging me. Just opened disputes with Paypal.

Anyone who cares might want to read the thread started by cloudblok after they got ads and tried to charge back the payment through paypal. And paypal did not side with them.
Here is the other thread. https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-pr...s-scammer.html |

The worst hosting ever. Servers down for weeks, cpanel down for months. Support not helping or silent. Terrible experience.
