I've been using google chrome for a while, now with firefox, I notice there's a non tracking option in the menu.

I understand this would effect the google analytics on my websites if tracking is stopped?

You mean for Anonymous browsing ??
Most time this is for ad tracking, but anyone that wants to stealth browse can.. even safari offers this.
