Software suggestions for Phone Sex line

I?m looking for a company or software for a Phone Sex site I?m working on with a client. They have been using PayPerCall.com - 800 and 900 Numbers Pay Per Call Phone Billing Solutions but that doesn?t give them the option to hire at-home agents. Does anyone know of any site/software that provides a phone number with the ability to add extensions that can forward to at-home agents?

They do accept adult accounts. I'm not sure about the multi operator platform, but perhaps your client could contact them to find out what the possibilities are.

We can offer a combination of video chat online with per-minute billing and phone VOIP connection with the same pay per minute billing.

It works like this:
1) Customer register account and buy credits with credit card
2) Customer can view models who available online and chat with them using video chat function. It could be based on per-minute billing, in free chat or based on Tips
Could be also group tip (Gold Chat)
3) customer can also view other model profile and for those who allowed phone option of communication (and entered phone number into profile) he can call like this:
* dial central toll free number
* enter PIN code
* wait for model to answer and confirm she can talk
