exoclick closed my account without reason

I have been in this bussines since 2002 being with most advertising companies since their start and I do know personally some of the owners from webmaster summits. Since this long time I never had any problems with my accounts, all active and never any issue. Until exoclick. I havent been using them much because I did good and was happy with ero-advertisng, adx, juicyads etc..but I have exoclick account for years and have there good referrals from which I have 800-1000 USD monthly payments. Few days ago I wanted to start some advertising on mobile traffic so I submitted a link, I was away with my family for three days on a small vacation, when I came back home I was surprised, three emails from exoclick , one saying to load my advertising account 200 USD and then they will take a look it, second was just after 24 hours reminder and on 3rd day email saying :

Hello,
As you've been away from us for a while we have carried out a number of verification checks just to ensure the company and existing clients are not at risk.
Since we received no reply from you, we closed your account.
We wish you the best of luck in your future business plans.

I sent them reply what the hell is going on and the only reply was :

Hello Martin,
Thank you for contacting ExoClick Customer Service department in regards to your account being closed due to inactivity.
Please understand due to security reasons certain details on account closing are not meant to be discussed externally, however should you wish to start working with us again you are free to create a brand new account.
We take this opportunity to wish you the best in your future businesses.

So my account was closed due to inactivity (I wasnt using publisher/advertiser account there) I only had the referral money which was good extra 800-1000 USD monthly stable income and obviously there wasnt any problem since they say feel free to open new account. I am sorry but this kind of 'shady' and unproffesional' I havent since 2002.
Is there anything I can do to get my account reopened? Some manager contact?

They just don't care who uses them. CP, illegal sites, lockers, whatever...

I hope the OP can get it cleared up. Sounds like exo just wanted to stop paying him the referrals. What a shit company.

just to update : I have been able to get this to management and they have decided to remove the account block and reopen the account
'Please excuse the previous action which has been recorded on you account to avoid it from happening again'..still its funny how some random support just 'decide' to close your account 'due to inactivity' I wouldnt want to loose the refs I have there had been 800-1200USD monthly stable income for years for me there so I am glad they reopened the account..thanks all for the support, have a great day everyone, I should drop in more often, 120 posts since 2002 not much hehe
