That article goes abit overboard with the step by step trying to make it sound harder and more difficult than it is.. I mean really.. Installing the OS and software is made to sound like its ridicliously complicated and an elaborate step which is involved. They also wouldn't need some elaborate computer set up if all it was doing was running as a email server for a single account.. I mean lets get real here, we aren't using windows 3.1 anymore... The last PC I built which is probably 6 or 7 years old could easily run a email server.. It was a quad core for fucks sake..

I do think it's odd that she did this, but let's not go overboard with claims of "it's so difficult to run a home server therefore she must be hiding something". My guess is she is a control freak and wanted to control everything. Most women in high power are like this. It's kinda like those both lesbians that over do the man thing. Women In power are usually srounded by men and they tend to overdo the control thing..

I don't understand why Clinton or anyone in government would use their own email address. No matter who you are, you are doing a job, and you have company (or in this case government) email. This removes any doubt of wrong doing, and security issues can no longer be blamed on you.

On the downside, your emails are all "company owned" and the person who replaces you has access to every email you ever sent out - and can use it against you. For example, right now a Democrat is in the White House, but in a few years it might be a Republican, and a Republican might be Secretary of State. This new Secretary of State would have access to every email Clinton sent out, and could be used to destroy her political ambitions at a later date.

At the same time, didn't Jeb Bush use personal email while he was governor?

She knew she was going to make a run for president and wanted full control over all of her communications as Secretary of State... so she could decide what would and would not be made public.

Jeb Bush actually "did"use his own email accounts several times while he was Governor of FL, bypassing the official account.. Also it's not illegal for her to not us an official email, but it probably should be for "ALL" govt officials.

This conversation is not about Jeb bush who was obviously used as an example for clear reasons, nor is it about ALL of the governors doing the same thing who were not heads of the Stare Department and subject to not only different laws, rules and regulations hut that weren't having endless classified discussion of Federal government operations

Lol - Jeb Bush did exactly the same thing Hillary did. And even worse, when he released those emails, he released lots and lots of private, confidential information including medical information of people he was communicating with. An honest mistake? Maybe, but Jeb should not shoot Hillary down for this.

Anyway, the point is moot. Hillary will win the presidency in 2016. No matter how much money donors give to the GOP, no matter who the final GOP nominee is, Hillary will crush them without ever having to lift a foot. If I were the Kochs, I'd save my money this time around.

AAgain, what a governor did or did not do is 100% irrelevant as they fall under wholly different laws, rules and regulations. Hillary was briefed along with her staff continually on communications and their requirements and she was required by federal law to turn everything over and certify that she did in writing at the end of her tenure - which it appears she either did do and lied or didn't do and broke the law again.
