I never know how to treat the Windows .NET Framework updates.

Are they important even if you're not using .NET framework?
If so, there are 3.5 and 4.5 - do you take both?

you are probably using it indirectly, many software products use it... so best to upgrade it...

I always update frequently,probably more for security reasons I guess

I disable the automatic updates, I do let the system notify me about them... then I decide.

I treat windows updates for what they have always been since windows 95.... the shit you download to slow your PC down and make it crash more
