Great Customer Support

Working online so long and dealing with people that either are a problem or just in over their head, it's really nice to get some really good customer support in return from someone out of my realm.

When I was at the Laughlin River Run, I found some new Sun Glasses that were really different. I'm a big guy, I have to shop in specialty stores, always have. I can't wear regular sun glasses, they are too small. These sun glasses that they have at Welcome to 360 Eyewear (formerly Icicles Eyewear) - 360 Eyewear have frames made of aluminum and can be formed to fit anyone perfectly. I have never had a pair of Sunglasses fit so damn good. Great for riding my bike.

Anyways, on the ride home, one of the lens popped out. I bumped them when scratching my nose, the guy that changed the lens might not have had them in all the way. They are replaceable and when I bought them they came with two different sets of lens. I pulled over to the side of the highway and replaced them with the spare set. Later I noticed one of the logo's was missing.

I contacted the company, they are replacing the lost lens and sending me a new logo to glue in place. I love these Sun Glasses.

think about that

Lose some weight and be able to shop wherever you want.

I do find it impressive that you have such a ginormous head and it is somehow still empty.

My head is the same size no matter my weight and I doubt your IQ is higher than mine.
Or are you of the mind that when someone loses weight, the size of their skull somehow reduces in size?
And you think my head is empty?
BTW, everything is ginormous.
