Dealing with Paxum
Hi
Has anybody else here had problems communicating with Paxum ? 2 weeks ago someone managed to get hold of our login info for paxum and for my email account. Long story but with that, he was able to switch off Paxum's second level of security (ie the transaction approval codes) and steal $3,000.00 from us that we had just loaded to pay our affiliates. Some of the money went to 24change.com and some went to what appears to be another Paxum account Ever since, we have been trying to contact paxum about this issue and we are getting nowhere. Their phone is permanently on answerphone so none of our calls have been returned and any emails relating to this issue just get ignored (although they have answered other emails that are not related to this issue). All we have been told is "its being investigated" and thats it.... for over 2 weeks now. I dont know about elsewhere but if this had happened with a bank over here in the UK, they would be all over it but with Paxum we cant even get them to pick up the phone and talk to us |

I'm waiting on a new card from Paxum. My guess it's on the slow boat from Belize.

mail her ruth at paxum.com and btw hit me up at skype mr.deiz or mail me mrdeiz signbucks com p.s. on the money. scammers are fast enough to withdraw those. so it's not like paxum taking your money, but those are getting converted into cash and there's no way to make it back in time in most cases. i'm pretty sure that exchanger is going to lose those money as well. |
