I also heard that a doctor in Italy cures cancer with bicarbonate of soda. I can't judge the effectiveness of these treatments because of my relative lack of scientific knowledge, but I'm skeptical, because I believe that if it wasn't pseudo-science, at least some doctors, scientists, and mainstream media would take interest. Not everyone is about "big-pharma" profit, as the conspiracy theorists appear to believe. Surely there are independent people with scientific knowledge who would assess this. Do I have too much faith in humanity?

Yep. It was detected at the earliest possible point of detection. He could have gotten surgery and been fine. Now he's dead because he wanted to do it naturally. The list is long. There is an overarching theme of flat out hatred of authority (all the conspiracy theories share that common theme and cover nearly any topic you can think of).

Something is definitely wrong with him. Usually the anti government stuff comes out 100% with those suffering from schizo affective disorders. Hard to know what's going on in his mind and he might be on medication to curb his disorder, but something is clearly very wrong with him.

Ok, my Dad found out he has lung cancer 2 1/2 years ago at stage 4. He went through chemo and last week they said they are done with chemo because it will not do anything more for him.

You are confused. She began conventional treatment after her diagnosis AND was then cancer free. (so much for your theory about conventional treatment). Later, she had a recurrence and focused more on natural cures rather than go through the same experience again and she died as a result.

You're backtracking now, yes, she used conventional treatment as I said, conventional treatments are Carcinogenic that's why her Cancer soon returned. At that stage she realized to go down the natural route, but it's too late, the Radiotherapy and Chemo had don't their irreparable damage, she would have had to go natural from the start.

Spent hundreds of hours in chemo and leuk wards. Chemo is a nightmare and a savior.

My mother was an OR nurse for 40 years and knew all the ins and outs of western medicine and alternative treatments. Tried both and as in most cases cancer prevails.

We will look back 20 or 30 years from now and I'm sure consider chemo barbaric.

Hope they figure out alternative methods soon.

notice he said it... "YOU have a blind trust of authority". When clearly no one has ever said anything about authority, trusting authority of given any indication whatsoever that may be true.

That belief which he holds, is a coping mechanism for himself. It is how he rationalizes the constant chatter in his brain of paranoia and anxiety and fear and the resulting delusions which he uses to rationalize it all.

After all, how would it look to someone who truly believes and understands in their own mind that everyone with money or power is out to get him all the time? He has convinced himself that he has a healthy distrust of authority and can't figure out why everyone else is so easily manipulated and doesn't "get it".

A clue to how severe his problem is can be found not in just what he says, or the fact that he lines up fully behind any conspiracy theory that demonstrates authority/power is evil, bad and wrong and manipulating the masses and only he "see's it"... but really it is about incredible amount of time he spends researching such a massive array of completed disconnected conspiracy theories. He has this chatter in his mind that is ceaseless. I'ts 24/7. It's random and all over the place. His manic searching for studies is an attempt to attach an idea to a feeling of paranoia and anxiety to rationalize it and quiet it. But the chatter doesn't go away and the very simple explanation is that his fight or flight system has broken down and because of how the biochemistry and signaling process works, when it starts misfiring - causing anxiety, panic, fear etc, it continues to spiral out of control.

I think he is possible that he's schizophrenic and that like most schizophrenics, he is fully aware of this fact or at least aware that something is seriously wrong in his interpretation of the world around him.

If you go back and look at user cam_girls after he bought camgirls.com, he is also schizophrenic (there are a few common types)... but the point is that you only see little clues in flawed reasoning at first. Then you start to see that its not just "misunderstanding" the facts, that its full blown delusion. Only because he was pushed did he finally start talking about him being Adam from the Old Testament (believing he was Adam from the Bible), that the government is reading his brain/broadcasting his thoughts (a common complaint of schizophrenics), that he hears voices - adding that meds don't help because the voices are real and so on and so on.

wehateporn is likely him, without really coming clean yet about the full extent of what he is experiencing and what his symptoms are because he lknows he's different and he knows as well that it just leads to him being ridiculed. Which leaves him the route he's chosen... make insane claims, back them up with weak/flawed/unpublished or published studies... gloat as he reassures himself that "they just don't get it".
