polis like global warming as a platform because it's can't 'seen or experienced in real time' and allows them to be seen as good guys, unlike hunger for instance......

we all agree on the need of a fuel source not dependent on 'oil' however we are working on that, and there are many more pressing issues than the sun will burn out in 100 million years... like education, hunger and the debilitating social issues caused by bad political decisions... think of the global warming scam as the misdirect in a magic trick ....

the media has pushed this so hard that guys like you believe it's true and since you and you're compatriots are more than willing to attack someone publicly, trying to damage their family and careers, many people are afraid step up.... a collage professor for instance that understand there is no 'man made' climate change, can loose his or her tenure... that's serious stuff....

plus there are so many grants being issued and so many funds being set up the slightly sleazy types are gravitating towards the money... hell even POTUS flat out lied about this several times... Al Gores plan will net them billion and billions of dollars, like the Clintons

Actually, the LA Times, BBC and others have recently made it their policy to censor comments that show skepticism of climate change dogma. Who would've thought people in a Democratic society in 2015 would accept the modern day equivalent of Nazi book burning?

The biggest/quickest measures the US could take if the problem is real would be to make every imported product's manufacturer comply with our existing EPA regulations.

For us to take actions domestically but ignore the environmental damaged caused by the manufacturer of the products we use is plain stupid.

I remember that in one debate there came up indians changing Earth's climate (with blaming attitude). By burning America's forests.

If so, indians were much more powerful people than modern day Americans. Puny modern day mericans can't even change climate with all that shit that is happening around there.
