The key now will be if Pres. Obama allows his Attorney General to prosecute or not using "Prosecutorial Discretion".

If he says "no", then there will be nothing further. If he says "yes", she's in a world of shit and her candidacy is over.

It's not illegal for her to have government emails on her server. In fact, it's a rather common practice. She was not the first Sect Of State to do so, and others have done it too.

Also, I don't believe it is illegal for her to delete the emails from her server. The law doesn't say "illegal to delete" but instead that there must be a copy preserved. Being as this was an official email address it went through government servers, and multiple copies should exist. It also shouldn't be required of the end user to keep copies of said emails, but instead the department to ensure proper records are kept.

Sorry, this is nothing but another Republican witch hunt to make Clinton look bad. Of course we'll have to roll out investigation number fourteen into Benghazi too before the election.

I made no such comparison. Hillary has repeatedly broken the law. Major national security issues at stake. But at the same time, Trump could cause the entire Republican party to fall apart. If Trump doesn't get the nomination, he will take with him a significant percentage of people with him that would ensure the Republican party does not win back the White House. At the same time, if Trump gets the nomination a large percent of independents might not vote for him because he is too far out there.

I have to admit right now the Republican party is on fire (and I don't mean this in a good way - more like they are constantly in the news). The only thing you read about in the press about the Democrats is this email thing.
