It's probably SMS/phone call billing. You know those "No Credit Card? Pay By Phone" links on the biller page.

Laws vary a lot by country, in some of them the phone billers can only charge a dollar.

They use GXBill as I can see, which doesn't list its rates in the public. But here's a list from another biller, just so you can get an idea. Site income on phone billing joins should be similar to this.

I just noticed that I've also had a few of these sales in the past month at NastyDollars (including 2 signups today for a total of $1.00 and all came from a "BlackGFs Mobile Tour 5" - thankfully I found this thread because I had no idea what the hell was going on because I thought NastyDollars only did $25/35 PPS.

What's everyone's rebills looking like for these? My first mobile revshare signup was for $2.98 and then rebilled at $19 something, curious to see if these 2 new revshare signups rebill or not...the rest of my signups have still been regular PPS.
