How can I follow Website Articles?
This sounds like the most newb question ever and it probably is but how do I follow all posts from a single website / multiple websites or posts from that website from specific authors.
I would like the posts shown on my desktop in a feed or something. I have never used anything like this before hence not knowing. Example site: The Register: Sci/Tech News for the World |

Subscribe to the RSS feed or click like, depends what tools they have...
For that example you would follow the tweeter icon..click on it..
