Green Card for jobs nobody wants to pay for!
What is the difference between a Indian (from India) and a Mexican ?
A Indian is more likely to have and hold a green card and get citizenship and not at risk of being deported and more likely to find a job that pays high 5 figures (displacing a American Job) and nobody says a word. I find it interesting that while Mexican immigrants seem to be a issue of American job displacement, more wage dollars have been displaced in Silicon Vally by Indians and those jobs were not jobs nobody wanted to do. Just nobody wanted to pay for the job just like the Mexican immigrants problem. It's discrimination at it's wost and you (Americans) are the looser's. Why is it the issues are framed in a way to have a per-determined outcome. I don't hear anyone on the right complaining about "The Indians" and I don't see them fixing the problem because their supporters are the big beneficiary of sub-minimum wage jobs and higher profit margins and lower taxes they way they class them as 1099SE. They like to sound like they are in command of the issue but have had plenty of chances to even propose legislation and failed to do so. So whatever the solution is, I would expect them to put a monkey wrench in it. They don't really want one. If they wanted to solve the problem, they just need to fine company's hiring the illegal immigrants. A green card is a license to pay sub-standard wages making it a job nobody (here) wants to do. |

Correct. Ideally, the US would enforce the law and work for the good of its citizens.
