Does anyone else here have the same stats for Unique Hits and Raw Hits?

Basically for me when it says 3000 Unique Hits, it will also say 3000 Raw Hits. Usually that is not that case, but for the last 2 days this has been happening and showing up in my stats.

Usually it is always around 800~ difference.

Sure looks like someone is carding and then CB is cancelling the transactions. I would email and at least let them know you are concerned. I would imagine CB battles immense fraud problems on a daily basis.

You have the same dead days in your stats as I do. It's always interesting to see the patterns in the numbers.

Hmmm, strange.

When I have seen chargebacks on CB they usually chargeback pretty much all the transactions for the past 3 or 6 months (I forget which) for that user.

On yours, it appears that only part of some transactions were canceled and then on some one transaction of multiple were canceled.

This looks to me like someone treid to buy one thing and accidently bought something else.

But that there are 4 different users all being handled the same way seems doubly strange.

Not sure what to make of that.

Well, if CB was canceling the transactions for carding then I would guess all the transactions for the user would be wiped out and they aren't.

I saw your "some model is stealing my money" but did not really know how you meant. In the case of your screen shots, you are still making some money from each of the users that had cancellations. None of them had all the transactions canceled.

So, for example, user 198225 had a transaction for 79.99 then after that 1 for 19.95 and then the 79.99 was canceled.

If the user was actively watching a model and she asked him to cancel the transaction and then do a new member under her sign up and then redo the transaction I would think that the 19.95 in between would not happen.

And like I said, it is not a normal chargeback either, for a chargeback both transactions would be gone. I have seen plenty of chargebacks. I don't think I have ever seen a pattern like you posted.

So, you could be right that a model is doing something shaky, not sure on that.

I would be contacting support to ask what is happening rather than trying to figure out what to tell them in regards to it.

But that's just me.

I highly doubt this is what is happening. While I am sure some models have tried to get big spenders to re sign up a new account under their link, they wouldn't ask the member to also chargeback their purchases.

I'm curious, your screenshot only shows a short time period, has this been happening a lot in previous periods or just in the last week?

What I would be concerned about is losing those spenders as none of them spent again, which is usually what happens when a chargeback occurs and CB suspends the account.

Once again guys, it seems that you complain about basic stuff. You're not owed money forever from the spenders. They stop spending someday. It's all about the number. Unless you have 100 active monthly spender, your average is going to fluctuate alot. And then it will decrease with time.
