This is happening to everybody that I know, CB should be aware of that issue.

The actual problem is models or CB themselves cheating us out of hard-earned cash.

I am making roughly 3 times less than what I was making April, May, June even though I have made 4000 new signs up in July and August

There are a lot of people encountering the same. Weeks ago i alrdy send a ticket with this to CB, see one of my previous posts.

I am only catching revenue from old/existing spenders, signups are almost 0 for month's.

You mean to say that the 2000+ signs up I am doing a month are not generating anything and on top of that models are stealing the big spenders. Even if that is the case how come earnings have dropped for a lot of people by 2-3-4 TIMES. Any ideas?

There is a bug in CB script or cheating with intention,there is no other explication model stealing affiliates that's a bullshit !
cause some high traffic sites generate over again new member so revenue to!

If it's cheating with intention then it are not only the models that are stealing, then CB is shaving/cheating us too.

I think you guys need to be careful with the cb cheating accusations, they've been very honest in the 7 years I've promoted them and have always paid on time. Unless you have specific proof, don't throw out blanket statements just because your revenue is down.

They disabled model outbound links on all white labels, so I feel somewhat hopeful that models can't steal customers, although I'm sure I've lost some of my whales over the years to this. At least they are listening to affiliates and trying to make things better.

Is anyone still getting the stats redirect, it hasn't happened to me in the last 8 hours and stats seem to be loading really quick, so makes me wonder if they addressed the issue after seeing this thread.

You are right, cb pays on time, they are reliable.

We all know about 2 things that effectively impact affiliates negatively. These should be the focus of discussion:

1- some broadcasters incite users to re-signup
You only see the tip of the iceberg, what you read in the bios exists also in private chats and social media. Since everyone is now aware of this unethical trick, it would be advisable to change the system so users can't be reassigned (or make it more difficult).

2- dmca
A number of broadcasters believe that the use of chaturbate tools is an act of piracy, there should be an effort made to clarify this.

There is an article in the cb knowledgebase about copyright but it doesn't mention the right for affiliates to use promotional items. This would clarify the never ending confusion if they were to, at the very least, mention something about dmca compliance of the promotional items used by webmasters: https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en...n-another-site



It was a combo action: disable of model outbound on whitelabels + removing of the timer for such links on chaturbate.com, the latter resulting in better conversion for broadcasters and less leads for webmasters.
I still believe that affiliate links have no place on a destination site since the purpose of affiliate marketing is to drive traffic to a site, not so to plant fish nets on the destination site but that's now established that it is a business decision, so no need to dwell on it.



On the other topic that is discussed here: I don't know why there is a suspicion about the broken redirect, I don't see any reason to believe it is used to cheat anyone or how that would achieve that.

Its definitely not impossible, the key is understanding how many unique spenders on average you have daily and how much of your daily revenue might be driven by just a few spenders. All it takes is a couple of whales to stop spending for your revenue to take a nose dive and if you don't understand the breakdown of your income then it may seem really suspicious. Do you use the stats tool mentioned frequently in this thread?

I completely understand how it works and I have at least 30 people spending daily on average. Suddenly on 5-th of September I see 2-5-3-1... you get the point.

I just don't believe 4 whales can get out at the exact same time.

And what are we going to do about the models stealing the whales?

Once again I suggest we all gather together and talk to them as a union.

Cb dont care about this, cause the stealed whales are still their whales. In the end it's buisness and not moral brotherhood.

You can cry and cry so long you want. The only way is to stop sending traffic to them, thats it.
It's a company who just look at numbers, not a gouvernement.

This is exactly my point. They look at numbers... They NEED new people on the website they mostly get them from us not from camgirls.

I sent around 2000-2500 new people a month to them. If we can gather 50 people like that it is 100 000 - 125 000 new subscribers per month. If those people are going to other websites it hurts their business and they will have to hear us.

I am already sending 50% of my traffic to other places but I won't be giving up when I feel I have been cheated upon.

Seriously, leave this thread and never come back. All you do is talk negatively about CB and try and get affiliates to leave because you had a negative experience trying to sign up to the program. You don't have a long history of promoting them and simply piggy back on the negative comments. Just leave already.

Those stats are not all that uncommon, the majority of your days are under $50 in earnings. You had a few days of very large spending and then it returned to normal, did you expect the large spender to just keep spending $1000 per day?

I had almost identical numbers as you over the last 5 months. This coincided with the beginning of the US covid pandemic, as online usage jumped sharply. Many customers spent longer online, and thus cam spends went up also. I was thrilled with my stats jumping up about 40% during this time, but I knew as soon as the pandemic started to get under control, I was going to lose some revenue and most likely return to pre covid revenue numbers, and thats exactly what started to happen for me in late August. Before the 150 days were your average daily stats more similar to what they are now?

Using the wgrmedia stats tool, have you been tracking what users are accounting for your revenue? All it takes is a couple of frequent big spenders to stop and revenue will dip sharply. How many unique spenders would you say you get on average daily? I'd wait till the end of Sept and then compare total revenue to what you did in Feb and see how close they are.

It can take a while for a signup to become a buyer. You want to pile up as many signups as you can. Eventually, some of them start buying and the money starts piling up some.

For me it was a good 6 months from when I set a Chaturbate site up until I made minimum ($50) for payout. Haven't missed a pay period since then though and that has been a bit over 6 years now.

Concentrate on getting sign ups and the money will follow but it will lag behind some.

Can someone try mery_lo's chatroom on a whitelabel: I see a rather large banner overlaying on top of the live feed.

The banner is not overlaying on the main site chaturbate.com/mery_lo

It would mean that they can potentially target whitelabels to place their ads/leaks in places that break the core functionality of the site.

Today i got a chargeback from CB of $ 166.87 The spender has spend the total of this amount in 9 times from may 22 until june 03 2020. Now almost 4 month's later i get a chargeback from all the money he has spend??? unbelievable!

Most of you do not have enough users signed up to get a reliable signal as to what's going on. Focus on a better indicator.

Try this one:

Grab your last 100 values on the CSV download.
Open it in a spreadsheet
countdistinct([ user id column is here ])

This is simply the unique spenders in the last 100 transactions. It doesn't matter what the time period is. For low traffic affiliates this could be a month, for high it could be a few hours. That is the point.

When that number goes up, great job. Keep at it.
When revenue goes down and that number does not = chill out. People spent less.

Keep in mind it's an average. If it jumps around too much use the last 200, 500, etc. values in the CSV to observe a slower moving average.

I would say that September looks pretty much like March but in March I had 5000 sign ups and now I have around 16 000.

The stats show that for the last 90 days I average 39 unique spenders a day.
