Anyone have good experiences with dedicated email servers for sending mass emails? I have a newsletter double opt-in list from years of work, but there are literally several million emails to send.

I don't want to spam this out through my server (although it's not technically spam), so I'm looking at other services.

Anyone user massmailservers.net? Their rates seem reasonable, especially after checking constant contact and several other similar services.

Check out Dyn's Email server. Seems to be pretty solid.
