Your best bet would be to build a mailing list using FB and promote blog posts on your mailing list updates.
This is more sustainable When done right, this can be more profitable than drive by page spamming

I gave up on Tumblr some time ago, because I can't copy, then paste an image. Even when I could, the numbers were lousy.
I can with Yahoo Groups... which has huge hits to links to my sites.
