Does anyone know of a stock photo company that allows it's images to be used on the covers of erotic ebooks? They don't have to be nudes. Most of the stock photo sites don't seem to allow their photos to be used on erotic products.

Just buy some content. As sad as it is, porn is cheaper then anything you are going to find from some overpriced stock photo site. Just make sure your license allows you to use it the way you want.
