You won't believe, but two days ago I have bought small french baguettes in Auchan for 6.9 rubles each. If you convert this price into USD, it will be... (tadam!) 9 cents. No, they are not. The good ones have underground parking etc. Also here in Moscow the most important thing that affects the price is the location. As close to the center the building is, as more it's expensive. Also there is no such a thing like new is good. The old buildings can be much more expensive than the new ones. Today the actual prices start at about $80K. But again, not in Moscow and not in completed buildings. You will have to wait for at least a year till it will be ready for living. In this case the price will be higher of course. Many here are using this scheme to make money.
